Karen joined the Larkin Realty team in September of 2013. Previously, she spent 30 years as an insurance agent. She was born and raised in South Burlington, Vermont and currently resides in Georgia, VT with her husband of 35 years, Dan. They have two beautiful daughters, two wonderful son-in-laws and now 5 grandchildren. When Karen is not in the office, you can find her with her family, golfing, or a combination of the two!
Patty began working for Larkin Realty 13 years ago and holds the position of Accounts Payable. When she is not in the office, you can find her gardening or relaxing with her two cats, Mr. Kitty and Lucy.
Nicky has been a valued member of the Larkin Realty team since 2004. She began her career with the company at the Howard Johnson’s hotel as a front desk agent, and in 2005, she transitioned to the corporate office. Over the years, Nicky has contributed significantly to the growth of the company, working in various roles within the rental division, including managing the maintenance department and assisting with human resources. As Larkin Realty expanded, Nicky’s responsibilities have grown, and she now handles a variety of administrative duties, including HR, payroll, and accounting.
Originally from Vermont, Nicky is a proud wife and a dedicated cat mom to her beloved feline, Mert Mert. Outside of work, Nicky enjoys a variety of hobbies, from creating fluid art and soaking up the sun at the beach to playing dice games, visiting casinos, and listening to music. Above all, she treasures spending time with her family and friends.
Courtney joined Larkin Realty in 2019 as the assistant to the property manager and has since advanced to the role of Property Manager. In addition to overseeing property management duties, she also manages the company's website and social media accounts, ensuring Larkin Realty maintains a strong digital presence. Originally from Colchester, Vermont, Courtney attended the University of Vermont, where she studied Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Sciences, while also minoring in Behavioral Change Health Studies. During her time at UVM, she was an active member of the dance team, performing at both men's and women's basketball games—a passion she's had since she was 3 years old.
When she's not at work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her dog, reading, or hitting the gym for a weightlifting session. Her blend of professional dedication and active lifestyle reflects her balanced approach to both work and personal life.
Linda has been the property manager of Olde Orchard Park apartments for the past 26 years. She has lived in Vermont for over 40 years. Prior to becoming a property manager, Linda was a Registered Nurse in the Surgical ICU at University of Vermont Medical Center. During her time as a nurse, she raised a beautiful daughter. Now in her free time, Linda enjoys sailing, nature, cooking, and vacationing in Cape Cod
Addy joined Larkin in October 2024. She is an experienced property manager with a passion for creating seamless and efficient living environments. With 7 years in the industry, she excels in managing residential properties, ensuring everything from tenant relations to maintenance runs smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors with her dog, and relaxing with a good book.
With over a decade of leadership roles in the hospitality sector, Stacy's journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence. At Larkin Realty, where she currently serve as Facilities Manager, and previously as General Manager at Larkin Hospitality, she has honed her expertise in creating memorable experiences for guests. Her core competencies lie in operational management and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Aligned with Larkin Realty's mission, she shares the vision of delivering unparalleled service standards and thrive on contributing to a culture of excellence. Outside of work she has a great love of books, and the outdoors, hiking, biking, swimming, camping, and golfing. Being married for 15 years and having 2 children she learned the art of patience and understanding. Which she feels has also helped to building lasting relationships with co-workers and clients.
Since starting with our company in 1999 as a Front Desk Associate, Mike has become a key figure in our team. His career, spanning over two decades, has seen him move through various positions, indicating a strong grasp of the hospitality industry and leadership abilities. As the current Vice President of Operations, Mike not only oversees our hospitality division but also plays a crucial role in the development of new construction projects.
An avid sports enthusiast, he channels his passion for teamwork and leadership into coaching, imparting valuable lessons of collaboration and perseverance. In a role he jestingly refers to as a "taxi driver," Mike is also dedicated to his family, always there to support his children's activities and endeavors. Golf is another of Mike's passions, and he approaches the game with the same enthusiasm he applies to his work, even if his handicap suggests otherwise.
Mike's extended tenure and upward mobility within the company are not just a testament to his dedication to our daily operations but also to his belief in the future and vision of the company. His career reflects a profound commitment to the growth and success of our organization, underscoring his passion for not only where we stand today but also where we aim to be in the future.
Michaela joined Larkin Hospitality in 2015, during the construction phase of the Fairfield by Marriott in Waterbury, her hometown. Since then, she has gained experience in various positions within the hotel industry, providing her with a broad perspective and understanding of hotel operations. Her roles over the years have included responsibilities in hotel operations, compliance, human resources, and development. Currently, Michaela directly oversees the management of three hotels within the company's portfolio, while also collaborating with the teams at all properties to ensure operational efficiency and consistency. Additionally, Michaela is on the development team for new hotel construction projects. Outside of work, Michaela enjoys spending her time traveling, coaching lacrosse, and going on adventures with her dog, Bentley.
